 Winning due to quality is the basis of our company development. In 1990s, our company has been active to carry out ISO9000 standard system and the basic concept of QS9000. It passed ISO9000 quality system certification in 1998 and passed QS9000 quality system certification in January 2004. It passed ISO/TS16949 quality system certification in March 2006 and passed CCC quality system certification in June 2006.
It has 10 sets of super injection machines (1100T/7000g- 2800T/20000g), 40 sets of medium and small injection machines, 4 sets of high-pressure PU-foam machines, 10 coating lines of bumper and a complete set for model processing and other equipments for super ultrasonic welding, vacuum-sucking plastic, hollow- blowing plastic, pressing metal welding. with CAD/CAM software system and 2000*3000 3D test equipment they can design, develop and produce the new production .
Main techniques: blowing forming, taking-in forming, ultrasonic welding, PU foaming, colorful coating, grained with real leather, stamping and embroidery with computer.
The annual production capability: 800,000 sets of dashboard , 200,000 pieces of steering wheel, 1 million pieces of bumper, 1 million pieces of inner door trim and 20 million pieces of other plastic parts. Its annual injection quantity is 10000T and its productions are matched with more than 20 OEMS.
